The ceremonial tea party was attended by Legislative Assembly Speaker Mubarak Gul, former Chief Ministers Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and Omar Abdullah, Judges of the High Court, MPs, Legislators, leaders of various social and political organisations.
The function, organised at at Raj Bhavan lawns here, was also attended by the serving and retired senior civil, police and security forces officers, Vice Chancellors, media persons and prominent citizens from all walks of life.
