A decision in this regard was taken at a cabinet meeting here chaired by Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, he said.
The cabinet also cleared the transfer of 10 and 6 hectares of state land in favour of Industries and Commerce department for setting up industrial estate at Trajoor in Majaltaa tehsil in Udhampur district and a silk cluster in Sunderbani tehsil of Rajouri district respectively, he said.
The draft 12th Five year plan 2012-17 and annual plan 2012-13 were also approved in the cabinet meeting.
