"The move of the state government regarding the contractual recruitment policy would open floodgates for favoritism, corruption and uncertainty among the youths besides eroding the autonomous institutions like Public Service Commission," JKPCC Chief Ghulam Ahmed Mir said while addressing a rally in Kathua today.
He accused the state government of trying to bye-pass the issue of strengthening of recruitment institutions and added that despite opposition from several quarters, it was determined to go ahead with the "ill advised policies".
He claimed that in the last two months, the coalition had created several controversies and "vitiated" the atmosphere in the state.
The two parties openly admit their ideological and other differences in all important issues but still want to stick to power, he said.
