The state government was making efforts to develop the tourism industry, Bauri, who also holds the portfolios of Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms and Art and Culture, said.
Addressing a pre-budget conference here, Bauri said Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation has been given the sports hostel at Maithan for maintenance.
As the government intended to meet the expectations of the people, their suggestions were being given importance from execution of work to preparation of budget, the minister added.
