Claiming the success of the Rajasthan Enterprises Single Window Enabling and Clearance Act, 2011, which brought in investments worth Rs 57,390 crore to the state, Pradesh Congress Committee's poll campaign chief Mumtaz Masih hit out at BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's "hypes" and "lies".
Masih said Modi's developmental hype is now facing the ground reality.
Highlighting the state government's remarkable work done to encourage budding entrepreneurs, he said, the World Bank study also reflected on the Rajasthan government's efforts to encourage youth to be part of economic empowerment.
Congress-ruled states are certainly ahead of BJP-ruled states in promoting business ventures, he claimed.
