The 'Beat Again' hitmakers have split following a farewell tour, which came to an end at London's O2 Arena over the weekend, reported Contactmusic.
The quartet - Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes, Oritse Williams and JB Gill - took to the stage to perform their hits in front of a star-studded crowd, which included fellow former 'The X Factor' stars Olly Murs, Liam Payne and Niall Horan.
However, the stars struggled through their finale of 'Everybody In Love' when they were overcome with emotion.
After the show, Merrygold tweeted, "That hit me like a hurricane! But seriously from the bottom of my thank you! For now I'll say 'see you later' forget goodbye."
Humes added, "Just want to say thanks to everyone who came to support us yesterday..It was a very emotional but incredible day.
