Tamil Nadu and Kerala would seek to defend their titles in the boys and girls section respectively.

The matches, to be played under floodlights at the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex and Peteit Seminare School grounds, would be held on a league-cum-knock out basis, Puducherry state basketball association vice-president Jayakumar said.
