JSW Steel Monday said its crude steel output grew 3 per cent to 4.24 million tonne (MT) in the quarter ended June 30.
The Sajjan Jindal-led company had produced 4.12 MT during the corresponding period a year ago, JSW Steel said in a BSE filing.
During the April-June 2019 period, the company said its production of flat-rolled products grew marginally by 1 per cent to 2.91 MT from 2.87 MT in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
The output of long-rolled products was at 1.05 MT, up 12 per cent from 0.93 MT in April-June 2018.
