Drug firm Jubilant Life Sciences Friday said its arm Drug Discovery and Development Solutions Ltd (DDDSL), Singapore, has entered into an agreement to acquire 10 per cent stake in Inipharm Inc USA for USD 534.20 (around Rs 37,300).
DDDSL Singapore, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has entered into a stock purchase agreement for acquiring 10 per cent shares of common stock of Inipharm Inc USA for a total purchase consideration of USD 534.20 only.
Shares of Jubilant Life Sciences Friday were trading at Rs 762.30 per scrip on the BSE, up 3.06 per cent from its previous close.
