'Jurassic World 2' will be of different kind: Colin Trevorrow

"Jurassic World" broke box office records this year, and now the film's director Colin Trevorrow has even bigger things in mind for its sequel.
The 39-year-old filmmaker revealed that the follow-up will 'take it to the next level' in an interview for the Jurassic Cast Podcast, reported Digital Spy.
Speaking about the sequel, Trevorrow said it will "get to be a different kind of film".
"I feel like the audience has given us permission, to a certain extent, to take this to the next level. I don't necessarily mean in scale. I feel very strongly that it's not about more dinosaurs or bigger and better dinosaurs.

"It's about using this as a starting point for a much larger story about our relationship with these animals, and with animals in general, and the dynamic created by bringing them back to life."
The as-yet untitled "Jurassic World" sequel has a Friday, June 22, 2018 release date in the US, but will be on in UK cinemas from Thursday, June 7, 2018.
Chris Pratt has already signalled his intention to return in "Jurassic World 2", joking that he's already signed for "38 movies or something".
