Filmmaker Karan Johar is set to begin shooting his upcoming directorial venture "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" in London, UK soon.
Karan is returning to the director's chair after a gap of three years. He last helmed Varun Dhawan-Alia Bhatt starrer "Student of the Year" in 2012.
The filmmaker is a bundle of nerves as he leaves for London for the film that stars Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in lead roles.
"Enroute to London!!! Anxious...Nervous and excited!! Will be on set in 10 days....#aedilhaimushkil," he tweeted.
Superstar and Karan's close friend, Shah Rukh Khan, wished him all the luck and even suggested helping him with the cast's costumes.
"@karanjohar u will make the most awesome film my friend. Have fun & the best to your stellar cast & crew. I can help with costumes if u want."
The film dwells deeply on relationships, heartbreaks and how love completes and defines one.
While it will be the first time Aishwarya would be seen on-screen with Ranbir and Anushka, the duo have starred together in Anurag Kashyap's "Bombay Velvet".
"Ae Dil Hai Mushkil" will hit theatres Diwali, next year and face competion from actor Ajay Devgn's directorial project "Shivaay".
