The Mumbai BJP unit has been entrusted the task of handling the party campaign in 47 urban and rural constituencies?in Bengaluru for the Karnataka assembly elections scheduled for May 12.
City unit bjp chief Ashish Shelar and his team are already in Bengaluru for the campaign, according to the Mumbau unit.
Shelar-headed Mumbai unit of the BJP had handled the party campaign in Surat in last year's Gujarat elections.
