The "Bravo" reality star posted a photo of his gruesome cut on Instagram and revealed her adorable little guy only wanted his twin sister Kaia while getting stitched up at the hospital, reported Us magazine.
"Our Saturday night," the 37-year-old mother wrote.
"#ICantDeal #ImTheOneThatNeedsTheMedsAtThisPoint #Stitches. Alllll Kane kept saying was, 'Kaia, Kaia'," Zolciak wrote alongside a screenshot of Kane getting stitches while FaceTiming with his twin sister.
"So they were on FaceTime while the doctor was prepping Kane."
In the photo, a teary eyed Kane bravely gets attended to by a doctor while Kaia worriedly watches.
