The 45-year-old said that the timing wouldn't work as the show's filming would clash with her Kiss Me Once tour later this year, reported Daily Star.
The 'Spinning Around' singer revealed that she loves the show, but it is too emotional for her and there are parts that are really difficult.
"Being on the show is a huge commitment. I have loved it although there have been parts which have been really difficult, too taxing and emotional. You can't second guess yourself. You deal with a lot of decisions and emotions," she said.
"I don't have a real good break coming up at all, I am set for the next few months with my album and touring," she added.
