The High Commissioner of Sri Lanka in India Chiranganee Wagiswara called on Kerala governor P Sathasivam at the Raj Bhavan here today.
Wagiswara and Sathasivam held discussions on improving cooperation between Sri Lanka and Kerala in tourism and higher education sectors, an official release said.
The governor assured the Lankan diplomat of a positive response from the Kerala government and the universities on the matter.
Wagiswara was accompanied by four officials of the high commission, the release added.
