The actress has been guarded about opening up about the reasons behind her split but has hinted that she plans to open up about the religion, reported Us magazine.
Remini, who is a second-generation Scientologist, said her memoir would include "my experiences, everything that's taboo to talk about."
And in an interview with People magazine, the actress said, "I believe that people should be able to question things. I believe that people should value family, and value friendships, and hold those things sacrosanct. That, for me, that's what I'm about. It wouldn't matter what it was, simply because no one is going to tell me how I need to think; no one is going to tell me who I can, and cannot, talk to."
The religion attracted negative press after Holmes blindsided Cruise by filing for divorce last year.
