A leopard was injured on Sunday after it was hit by an unidentified vehicle near Otur in Pune district of Maharashtra, forest officials said.
The 30-month-old female big cat was rushed to Manikdoh rescue centre in the region for further treatment by locals after the incident took place near Pimpri Pendhar village in Otur forest on Sunday evening.
