Leopard killed by tiger in Dudhwa Reserve

A leopard was killed after a tiger attacked it in Dudhwa Tiger Reserve.
The carcass of the leopard was found in Gulra compartment number 2 of the reserve last evening after the monitoring officials detected presence of a tiger and a leopard during camera trapping, V K Singh, Deputy director, DTR said.
Deep canine injury mark on the leopard was detected during the post-mortem examination today which substantiated that it died due to tiger attack, Singh said.
