Kotdwar in Pauri district received 14.6mm rainfall in the past 24 hours followed by Dehradun (14mm), according to the MeT department.
Munsyari in Pithoragarh district and Pantnagar in Udhamsingh Nagar district received 9mm rainfall while showers measuring an identical 4mm were recorded in Champawat and Mussoorie.
No change in weather conditions is expected in the coming 24 hours with light to moderate rainfall likely at a few places in the state, the MeT office said.
Meanwhile, several routes in the hilly districts of Uttarakhand remained closed due to roadblocks caused by landslides even as efforts to restore normalcy continue in the state in the wake of the flash flood tragedy there in June.
The Rishikesh-Gangotri NH was closed at Dharasu and Nalupani while the Rishikesh-Yamunotri NH was blocked at Syanachatti, they said, adding that efforts were on to repair the roads.
