LT Foods scrip up nearly 5% on incorporating subsidiary in UK

Shares of LT Foods rose by nearly 5 per cent today after the company said it has incorporated a subsidiary named LT Foods International in the United Kingdom for strengthening its presence in Europe.
The stock went up by 4.60 per cent to settle at Rs 250.20 on BSE.
During the day, it climbed 7.52 per cent to Rs 257.20.
At NSE, shares of the company rose by 4.1 per cent to close at Rs 248.80.
LT Foods had yesterday informed BSE that the company has incorporated a subsidiary named as LT Foods International Limited in the United Kingdom for strengthening its presence in Europe.
Further, the company is evaluating the option to set up a facility in Europe to more effectively service customers in international markets, it added.
