The 58-year-old singer shared the news on Instagram along with a picture of herself dressed in a pink clown suit.
"A Girl Has to Have Options. 'Tears of a Clown' (TOAC) Coming soon to Art Basel Dec 2," she wrote.
The first 'Tears of a Clown' concert featured Madonna riding a tiny tricycle, shading fellow artists such as Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez, and singing a cover of Stephen Sondheim's "Send in the Clowns."
The second gig will reportedly include a combination of standup comedy and singing at the concert hall, which is scheduled to open just in time for the Art Basel event.
