He said his complaint sent by speed post to police authorities sent on November 26 last was acknowledged on November 29, but action was not taken against the persons responsible.
Ramani prayed for a direction to the Chennai Police Commissioner to direct Selaiyur Police Inspector to register a case against those responsible.
