Mahajan unveils book on Gita by UP Assembly Speaker

A book titled 'Gita Revisited' penned by Speaker of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Hriday Narayan Dikshit was unveiled in Bangladesh's capital Dhaka last night by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, the office of UP Legislative Assembly Speaker said today.
An official statement said that Dikshit got accolades from those present on the occasion.
The UP Legislative Assembly Speaker is in Dhaka to participate in the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
On the occasion, he spoke on the functioning of various parliamentary institutes of India. Dikshit also elaborated upon various programmes of the Centre, which encourage participation of the youth, the official statement said.
