Pakistan cricketers Shoaib Malik and Imran Nazir today displayed their dancing skills as they grooved to the theme song of the Indian Premier League (IPL) choreographed by Farah Khan.
Malik and Nazir thrilled audiences while appearing in a television show for a special IPL transmission.
'Geo Super' is the only Pakistani channel broadcasting the IPL matches live.
Malik performed the 'Jumping Japhang' dance steps while also celebrating his third wedding anniversary with Indian tennis star, Sania Mirza. Nazir had done the same in an earlier show.
Malik spoke about how he and his wife manage when they are not together on such occasions.
"It is not easy but we manage to keep in constant touch over telephone. She has called me up twice today," Malik said.
The former Pakistan captain said that since both had demanding sporting schedules, they had learnt to manage.
He said he was planning to travel to India to support the Pune Warriors side alongside his wife but due to the tight schedule in domestic cricket and the national team, he had to hold back his plans.
Malik also spoke about his stint in the inaugural IPL when he played for the Delhi Daredevils team.
After the first edition, no Pakistani player has been allowed to take part in the IPL.
Malik said with the appearance of the Sialkot Stallions team in the Champions League in South Africa last year, he was hopeful the doors would also open in the IPL for Pakistani players soon.
"It was a great experience playing in the IPL not only from a financial point of view but also from a cricketing point of view. I learnt a lot during my stint with Delhi. We had a great atmosphere in the dressing room even though there were some world-class players in the side.
