"Why do you vote for corrupt candidates? Why do you not protest against corruption? Money meant for the development of the area is being transferred to the pockets of corrupt leaders," she said while addressing election meetings at Gudera, Sihora and Manoharpur.
The only alternative to prevent misuse of the funds is to get rid of such leaders and vote in support of BJP candidates, Malini added.
"Dilapadated roadsand scarcity of water in the area are proof of the negligence of former members of district panchayat," Malini said while demanding account of the funds used by previous district Panchayat.
