A Venkateswar Rao, Deputy Commissioner of Police (south zone) said Bheem Singhji, a resident of Mangalhat was called to police station in the morning with regard to a complaint filed against him in an assault case.
"There was a complaint against him that he assaulted his friend. In that regard we called him to the station this morning and a sub inspector was taking details from the deceased. He was asked get his Aadhar card for which he said his wife will get it. At that time he suddenly fell ill and we had to rush him to Osmania Hospital. On the way he died," the DCP said adding that the deceased was suffering from liver disorder.
