"The man, identified as Rajkumar was heavily drunk. He fell on two-three people in that condition, one of whom was a woman. The woman made a PCR call following which our teams rushed to the spot," said a police official.
Police found the man heavily drunk.
The woman said that she doesn't want to press any charges but the man was arrested under preventive sections.
