According to police, Ashok's body was found from a room on the first floor of the house. Blood was oozing from his mouth and nose. There were scratch marks on the neck of the deceased, and also an electric cord was found tied around his neck on July 4.
During the probe, police stumbled upon a CCTV footage, in which Vipin, Sushil and Languriya were seem entering the Ashok's house. The relatives of the deceased identified them.
Acting on a tip-off, police nabbed Sushil after getting information from Ashram Chowk on Mathura Road.
During interrogation, Sushil confessed that he and his associates namely Vipin, Languriya, Ram Kishan and Kushal came to Delhi on July 4 with a robbery plan at the house of Ashok, as he had earlier foiled their attempt, the official said.
As Ashok had recognised them, so they planned to kill him. Sushil further said he had received around Rs 33,000 as his share from the robbed money, he said.
