Soloman was detained when he had gone to buy medicines in Manduadih area. The medical shop owner informed the police about the suspicious note after which the police rushed to the shop and brought the accused to the police station for interrogation, Circle Officer (Bhelupur) R K Srivastava said.
It was found that the note was a coloured xerox copy of the original Rs 2000 note, he said, adding further investigations are on, he added.
