Additional District Judge Naseer Ahmad found Suresh Tiwari guilty of stabbing to death Om Prakash on April 24, 2007 in Sarava village in Machlishahar area and awarded him the punishment.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the convict.
