A man has been arrested for abducting his eight-month-old nephew in Muzaffarnagar district, police said Monday.
Sachin, the uncle, and his friend Sonu have been arrested for abducting the toddler a few days ago. The child was rescued on Sunday.
Police said the motive behind the abduction was not clear yet but they were investigating it.
He and his mother had been living at her parents' home in Niyazpur area after a fight with her in-laws.
