Major Singh (40) was allegedly killed with sharp edged weapons by his younger brother Daljit Singh, his wife Jasbir Kaur and the victim's nephew Gurpreet Singh over a land dispute in Bulpur on September 19, SHO Hargobindpur, Shaminderjit Singh said.
A murder case had been registered against the trio on the complaint lodged by the Lakhwinder Kaur, wife of the deceased.
The police said all the three accused had been arrested.
