Man surrenders before police after killing sister-in-law

A man was today taken into custody for allegedly killing his younger brother's wife on the suspicion that she was having an "extra-marital affair", police said.
The accused, Ramshankar, killed Kalawati, wife of his younger brother Fugi Lal, and later surrendered before the police, said Rishi Pal, DCP Rohini district.
The woman went missing last night and a complaint was lodged in this regard, he said.
"At the instance of the accused, a putrefied beheaded body of the woman was recovered. A case of murder has been registered and investigation is in progress," the officer said.
