The youth, behaving in a suspicious manner, was detained by Government Railway Police from platform number six last night, GRP incharge Virendra Pal said.
Pal said three bags containing maps of important buildings in India and abroad, passport, ipad, fuse used in making bombs, 11 ATM cards, CDs of Vaishno Devi and Amarnath yatra, pictures of Wagha Border, visiting cards of travel agencies, and two badges of Ramlila at Delhi were recovered from the possession of the youth.
He said the maps bear the seal of department of architecture, Neo University, Karachi.

The youth claims to be hearing and speech impaired and a medical team has been called to examine his condition.
