Carey. 45, reportedly receives a seven-figure paycheck. Her deal include a 30-second commercial filmed by Alan Taylor ("Thor: The Dark World", "Terminator Genisys") and the use of her music in the promotional material.
The mother of two is currently doing a residency show in Las Vegas.
Upton, meanwhile, was last seen in "The Other Woman" last year with Cameron Diaz and Leslie Mann. The model will next star in "The Layover".
