The incident happened yesterday when Billu called the woman near Sector 16 Metro hospital from where he took her to Satyam guest house and raped her, they said.
The woman has said that Billu is a relative of her husband, they said.
Billu informed about this incident to Kalu, after which Kalu started blackmailing the woman and later took her to a house in NH 2 and raped her, they added.
A case has been registered against the accused, they said, adding that investigation is on.
