Police said they were investigating the two letters received by the family of the late Army jawan in their village Aantehri here a few days ago.
SHO, Babain, Dalip Singh told reporters today that two letters bearing no address or the person's identity were received by the family.
While one letter was posted from Pipli here, another was posted from Bodhala village, both in Kurukshetra district.
Prerna, wife of Mandeep, who is posted as a constable at Shahbad Markanda police station, said that letters were some sort of "harassment".
She expressed hope that police would be able to trace those who wrote the letters.
