Buddhist Monk Mattheiu Ricard and visionary historian Yuval Noah Harari are among the slew of speakers scheduled to participate at the 17th edition of the India Today Conclave.
Themed "The Great Churn", the conclave, this year, aims to focus on the "path to find your way as the world tilts on its axis".
The two-day event will be organised on March 9-10 in Mumbai.
While Ricard, will share his story of achieving success through altruism, Harari will shine a light on his life as an author and thought leader.
"It is so exciting to have these two speakers at the Conclave. Matthieu Ricard's work goes back to the basic primal human need to be happy and Yuval's work is a preview of tomorrow which questions the very existence of humankind in the future.
"And that's so trademark Conclave to bring together speakers from opposite ends of the spectrum," Kalli Purie, Conclave Director and Vice Chairperson, India Today Group, said.
The event will also see top global leaders like Hillary Rodham Clinton mull over causes and effects, opportunities and threats, and triumphs and tribulations faced by the world.
Speakers like former Indian cricket skipper, Sourav Ganguly, poet Rupi Kaur, actors Karisma and Kareena Kapoor, Olympic silver medalist P V Sindhu, designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee, socio-political activist Hardik Patel among others participating speakers.
The conclave will also see participation by union minister Dharmendra Pradhan, economist Arvind Panagariya, MP Derek O'Brien, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president Asaduddin Owaisi, Rahasthan CM Vasundhra Raje.
