Over 400 tickets for the India-Sri Lanka final were left unsold though 'sold out' notice boards had been put up at the ticket counters, which has prompted the host association MCA to form a four-member special committee to look into the issue.
"We have been asked by the four-member legal panel to write to all the clubs whether they can provide any information on this matter. The deadline given to them is March 15," informed MCA joint secretary Nitin Dalal.
The matter will figure during the MCA's AGM scheduled on March 22 where the accounts for 2012-13 will have to be passed, according to sources.
