Mehrishi meets J-K Governor over internal security

Union Home Secretary Rajiv Mehrishi today discussed with Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra a wide range of issues related to the internal security management.
Mehrishi, accompanied by Secretary Internal Security Ashok Prasad, called on Vohra at Rajbhawan here this evening, an official spokesman said.
"The Governor and the Union Home Secretary discussed a wide range of issues relating to Internal Security management," the spokesman said.
During their hour-long meeting, Governor and Mehrishi also discussed issues concerning border management and the current status of restoration of roads and essential infrastructure in the aftermath of 2014 floods in the state.
