Metro Railway will run its commercial services from Kavi Subhash and Dum Dum stations at 1.40 PM instead of the existing schedule from 9.50 AM on July 3.
The delay in starting the service from both ends will be due to NI (Non-Interlocking) work for commissioning of the third platform at Mahanayak Uttam Kumar station, according to a Metro Railway press release.
As a result, a total of 80 trains (40 UP & 40 DN) will be run instead of 110 trains on Sunday. The last Metro will start at 21.55 hrs. From Kavi Subhash and Dum Dum stations as per schedule.
