Michael Buble 'fell in love' with wife again after son started recovering from cancer

Singer Michael Buble said he fell in love with his wife Luisana Lopilato all over again after their son started recovering from cancer.

The couple's son Noah was diagnosed with cancer in 2016. He was three-year-old at the time. Buble, however, recently confirmed that his son is doing well now.

In an interview with Stellar magazine, the 42-year-old singer said his marriage with Lopilato also improved as Noah got better.

"We saw the very worst and also the best of each other. I don't know that (having another child) was purposeful, there was just so much happiness and this incredible sense of relief," Buble said.

"I know my wife wanted to have a girl. That was huge for her. After the doctor told us and I said, 'Lu, it's a girl!', she was shrieking. We want a big family -- I don't think we're even going to stop there," he added.

The couple, who in addition to Noah are also parents to two-year-old son Elias, had welcomed daughter Vida last month.

Buble had taken a break from his career after Noah's cancer diagnosis and he has revealed that he nearly made a decision to "never go back to music".

"I truly thought I would never go back (to music). I was done. It just seemed completely unimportant compared to what was going on with Noah. Things got very clear for me, very quickly. I live with no fear now. I've been to hell," he said.
