The 26-year-old actress has been previously approached twice by the BBC show, but has had to decline due to contractual agreements, reported Digital Spy.
However, Keegan is set to leave the show next year and stated she would "never say never" to appearing in the dance contest.
"I enjoy 'Strictly...', but I'm not a confident dancer, so that's out. When I've been asked to take part I've been under contract. But I'd never say never or rule anything out. It's open doors for a blank canvas, and I'm more than ready for any challenge," she said.
