Security forces today busted a militant hideout and recovered explosive materials, including two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), combat equipments here, police said.
Acting on a specific tip-off, a joint team of Rashtriya Rifles and Special Operation Group (SOG) of Police launched an operation in the forested area of Khor Gali - Khanetar in the district and found the hideout at around 8:45 a.m today, police officials said.
The recoveries yielded two Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs), four Chinese grenades, one remote control, one binocular, one wrist watch, one combat jacket, one pair of combat dress and one bag, they said.
