The 38-year-old 'Resident Evil' star is going to court to change her name for the second time and has also filed documents to change her and her director husband Paul WS Anderson's daughter's name, reported TMZ.
The 38-year-old beauty changed her name to Milla Anderson-Jovovich after tying the knot with the 'Pompeii' filmmaker - who also directed her in the 'Resident Evil' films - but is now planning to switch the surnames around so that her moniker instead reads Milla Jovovich-Anderson.
However, it's unclear what prompted the 'Fifth Element' star - who is expecting another girl with Paul - to apply for the changes.
The brunette beauty had already been married twice - firstly to 'Dazed and Confused' actor Shawn Andrews and then to her 'The Fifth Element' director Luc Besson - when she met her husband of five years.
