"Cleanliness has now become our mentality and its impact is visible now. Railway stations are clean and this will further improve," he said on the occasion.
The minister said people and activists should participate in cleanliness drives and should keep the station and other places including the city clean.
North-western Railway GM Anil Singhal said that the week-long campaign will begin from September 17 and conclude on September 25.
