A 15-year-old Dalit girl was allegedly raped by a youth of her village in Rohta area of the district.
A case has been registered against Vipin (18) for raping a Dalit minor girl when she had gone to a public water source to wash clothes in Rohta area yesterday, Mukesh Kumar, station in-charge said.
As per the complaint filed by the victim's parents, the accused lured the girl to a house in the village and raped her, he said.
Investigations are underway and efforts are on to nab the culprit, they added.

The girl was later found abandoned in a very poor condition, police said, adding that she has been sent for medical examination.
