The minor was subjected to repeated sexual assaults by Srinivas Reddy and Manik Rao who run the facility and their friend Venu Gopal, L B Nagar police station inspector P Kasi Reddy said based on a complaint lodged by the girl.
The girl has been working with the old age home since May last year.
Following the complaint, the police registered a case of rape under relevant sections of IPC and the provisions of POCSO Act and SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
