"Kaushal, the neighbour of the girl, with his friend offered a sedative laced drink to her while she was alone at her home on June 24. After she passed out, the accused took turns to rape her," police said.
"The medical examination of the girl has been conducted. A manhunt has been launched to nab the accused," Deputy SP Ajai Pal Singh said.
