Accused Naveen Singh held the youth captive at his office at Bhagshala ground in Dombivali for about six hours on the evening of June 20 and thrashed him because latter was allegedly harassing Singh's daughter.
Assistant Police Inspector A S Ghatge of the Vishnunagar police station said that as per the complaint filed by the victim yesterday, he was beaten with a belt, his head was banged against the wall and at one point Singh put a revolver to his head and threatened to kill him.
